At Axil Coffee Roasters, we want you to enjoy every brew; if your coffee equipment is faulty or your beans are not as expected, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any concerns regarding food products.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.
Assessment
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to our roastery.
Return Shipping
Pack your items securely in their original packaging and send them to the provided address using a tracked shipping service.
Resolution
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
